How to Login and Update Your Listing

Can I update my listing information online? Yes! Login anytime to your 'Owners Area' to update your property information, contacts, rates, and billing information including your customer email, email address for enquiries, username, and password. Updates to your web page appear instantly. You will receive more specific information about using our online management system with your listing confirmation. How do I change my property's location on the State/Country page? To change your property's location, go to Edit Property and then Edit Property Details, and update the information from there. What if I don't feel comfortable making my own changes? Just let us know what you would like changed, and we will do it for you - no charge. We ask that you try it. It may be easier than you think! I forgot my username and password. How can I get it again? If you have forgotten your password, we will email it to you. Just click "forgot your password?" in the member login box. If you are still having trouble finding this information, contact us. How do I change the rate range in the listing pages? Click the link 'Member Login' from the top of any page. Enter your username and password to login. Once logged in, click on the left side on the link that says 'Edit Property'', The rate range is updated in the 'Edit Property Details'. You may see what others in your country are doing to give you an example. How do I add a new property? Log in to your Owners Area and click on 'Add new property' and follow the instructions from there.
